Contacted Della customer service and they sent me a replacement unit, but UPS mishandled the package and I did not receive replacement unit. This item is absolutely fantastic.It works great.I purchased it for my son and daughter in law.Some of the line set came damaged due to the shipping company.I contacted their support and they immediately sent out new lineset.Their customer service is second to none. Everything worked as it should, install wasn't to default however you must vacuum the lines and change for leaks before releasing the freon. I've done 4 units so far in 3 years with no issues. Not a fan of the 12k unit though temps don't seem to be spot on but still does the job. We've used the units down to 17 degrees here in NY and held up well. ... show more

    • Absolutely no spare parts available when needed!!!!

I would strongly advice NOT to buy from this company. This system died on us after hardly 18 months, and than the fun begins.... First of all try to find an AC technician that will come over to check the system. Most AC companies back-off, the moment they know it's a Della split system. I was lucky, after 4 days I found a reliable company that could point out the problem: it was the outdoor unit, they even told me what part I needed. They also wished me good luck on finding that part. How bad can it be right? I immediately started up the official Della website, started chat, and after I gave all information they needed, they were able to tell me they sold the needed part for $220. Unfortanetly it wasn't in stock, it wouldn't be for the next 4 weeks !!! On top of that, if it's not in stock you cannot order it. They did offer to sell me a complete new system??? Because that is what every reasonable person would do, right? Buy another product from a company with a non existing customer service, and no spare parts available. We're 2 weeks further, I just contacted Della again. More than a ' i am sorry, it is still not available yet' you won't get. Stay away from this brand. Plenty of other brands with same price range and a better reputation are on the market ... show more

I recently purchased two sets of Della mini-split air conditioners—one with three zones and the other with four zones. I found the installation process to be very simple, as the manual and installation guide were detailed and easy to follow. Once installed, the units ran smoothly, providing strong heating and cooling performance. Additionally, the built-in WiFi makes it convenient to control them via a smartphone.
