Contacted Della customer service and they sent me a replacement unit, but UPS mishandled the package and I did not receive replacement unit. I recently purchased two sets of Della mini-split air conditioners—one with three zones and the other with four zones. I found the installation process to be very simple, as the manual and installation guide were detailed and easy to follow. Once installed, the units ran smoothly, providing strong heating and cooling performance. Additionally, the built-in WiFi makes it convenient to control them via a smartphone. Most importantly, the price is very reasonable. Compared to other brands, Della is a smart choice.

Purchased the unit installed them professionally so things weren’t working properly and they sent replacement parts. This unit is still under warranty and the 18 doesn’t heat up the max it gets to is 67 degrees when it is supposed to get to 85 degrees. I’ve reached out to them a number of times with NO RESPONSE. The other 3 heads (9’s) work GREAT but just not the 18.
