Everything worked as it should, install wasn't to default however you must vacuum the lines and change for leaks before releasing the freon. I've done 4 units so far in 3 years with no issues. Not a fan of the 12k unit though temps don't seem to be spot on but still does the job. We've used the units down to 17 degrees here in NY and held up well. ... show more

Received 4 zone mini split bundle but had one faulty indoor unit. Contacted Della customer service and they sent me a replacement unit, but UPS mishandled the package and I did not receive replacement unit. Fortunately, Della agreed to resolve this problem by issuing me a full refund. Giving five stars for great customer service and I will update review once refund has been received. ... show more
