11000 btu 110v DIY install. Unit arrived in 2 boxes. Both arrived at the same time. Wired to 110/120v 20A industrial outlet and plug with the plug on a 20A breaker. Instructions could be better. Doesn't have a template for installing the inside unit so you will have to measure. Use a 2.5in bit for the hole in the wall. The pipe they supply to go in the wall hole will be too small if you use the suggested 70mm bit. Doesn't suggest a wire awg. Used 10/2 wire for power. Not enough insulation tape to wrap all 16 feet of line unless u use the tape very very sparingly. Flairs on the refrigerant lines are fine. Used Nylog Blue to help with the seal. Lines vac pumped fine. No leaks. Condenser was pre charged with 200lbs of refrigerant. Condenser is not that big and also very quiet. WiFi seems to work fine. Fan blows strong from the inside unit. Air blows cold when on cooling mode. Unit drains fine. So far no pump needed with this unit to help drain the water. Seems to be a decent value for the money. Install is rather easy if you are a little handy. Can be done in a day.

This is my sixth minisplit install. This Della 1100 BTU came with very little gas in the supposed percharged unit. When I opened the refegerant compressor lines there a little pfft and 10lbs pressure in the lines instead of normal 125 lbs. The unit ran for a couple of days then froze up. When I called Della inc Rebecca (customer service) and Orlando ( technician) they confirmed the the unit was low on freon I was instructed to call a HVAC tech to recharge at my own expense. Next was alternative was to return the item at my own expense (I threw away the box also). Wait I purchased the $200 Asurion "stay cool insurance" they would surley send out a tech to recharge the unit. I was told by Asurion that it only kicks in AFTER the manufacturers warranty expires (maybe next year?). It is 95 degree Fl summer day, I was doing my best, not to get hot under the collar. Then I called Ivy at Amazon customer service, she listened empathetically and wrote the the Seller Align Inc-within hours I got a message they were shipping out a new outdoor unit, they even responded on the 4th of July! Thank you Amazon customer service and Align Inc :)

Installed today. I'm a dyi person with a lot of years of refrigeration experience. Unit seems to be of good quality, outside condenser very quiet. I am running on turbo mode inside to pull temperature down but im sure it will be quiet on other modes. line set was nice and fittings mated well, vacum pumped it down and held very well. the only negative thing i would say is the line coming off the unit will flatten quickly when bending so just take you time and bend it a little at a time. Unit seems to be doing a great job. installation and instructions were clear, not like the last one i installed 2 months ago that was an aciq brand from hvac direct. instructions were not clear, ( luckily i have knowledge in electrical and figured it out), compressor was getting loud and not keeping up cooling. After arguing with customer service for a week and initiating all conversations, they finally agreed to give me 70% of my money back. I will try to update this review later. I dont anticipate any trouble.

So this unit is very efficient and works great and is very cold, the installation was easy however the reason for the 3 stars is a very poor design for water drainage, the outlet is very close to the wall and it definitely needs a pump to drain. I discovered this the hard way when it did not drain properly and leaked all over the wall. This unit should have a pump installed from the factory, it is absolutely essential. I recommend the Aquastrong CDS036 but you will have to modify some things to get it to fit inside your unit I bought extra tubing and an elbow to get it to fit and then put the outlet tubing through the existing outlet tube.

I purchased the 2200btu unit for my 700sq ft home "overkill" - yes Worth it - yes you could freeze steaks in here now And it's barely trying can't hear it in the slightest inside and just a fan sound outside

Installed it myself since I run a HVAC company for my Florida room and it seems to be working well. I needed to add refrigerant since the precharge from factory was not enough. Time will tell but as of right now is working well.
