This was my third try at ordering an ac like this. The other two didn't work at all. This one was delivered on time and packaged well but came with a crack in the face. It does not appear to be very thick plastic. I let the company know and told them that function wise it was kicking butt. They reimbursed me a fair amount for the damage and im pretty happy. Two weeks in and its still cranking. Oh, the wifi remote feature is great and somewhat easy to use. Id buy this product again.

I would avoid Della in the future. Unit was used for one season and then stored in a clean, dry, 70 degree closet over the winter - come Spring, the louvers made a loud crunch and crack, and no longer work, unit no longer cools. Essentially I paid $600 for one season of cooling. In addition, nobody in our office could ever get it to work with the WiFi , so that "feature" is pretty much non existent. Also, it is really quite loud. I think it truly deserved its one star review, since there are no lower ratings. bad buy.

Most likes, noise level at its highest is a soft deep non intrusive purr, at its lowest is way lower than a box fan for example the noise is rather soothing like perfect white noise, the install was very easy I'm also very tech savvy but for my grandma for example she would figure it out well, it is a bit heavy getting out of the box mabey 80 pounds but it's got wheels to move around but the hard part is naturally finding out where to put the little water outlet for condensation lol. Value for money is alll there this thing cools like it's getting payed! I'm in a 20x20 room not counting a kitchen and a hall way easily 800 ft and I sit about 15 ft away from it and I get chills while it's 101 outside the indoor temp maintains before the house gets hot so start er early and it will keep the low temp

I rent the house in which I live. They are legally supposed to make sure the HEAT is in working order. Well, the central HEAT works just fine..but the central A/C is old and outdated....so I bought this. This unit damn-near replaced the central A/C. AMAZING. I have high-vaulted ceilings in the upstairs of my house (plus a 15x2 foot skylight), and this unit was great AFTER I PUT SOME REFLECTIVE MATERIAL on the giant skylight. Our house is about 1200 square feet total. There's one big room downstairs that's MAYBE 200 square feet. This unit is upstairs cooling the other 1000 square feet effectively. I went ahead and bought an evaporative cooler for the downstairs (I live in a dry, hot climate), but as far as THIS thing is concerned, it has a BANG to it. At first, I was gonna return it until I realized that the giant skylight was the culprit for letting so much heat in. So I went to the store and bought a couple of windshield covers for said skylight and...voila! I set it at 75 degrees and my upstairs stays there. I set it at 70 degrees, and it does that too. The room downstairs is still the warmest, but not by as much as it used to. This thing packs a punch for its size. HOWEVER: I'd like to point out the reasoning for my 4 star review; I'm not a huge fan of the "smart" functions on this unit. I'm in love with the fact that I can control it from anywhere...but I liked the fact that I could program it to function based on the weather forecast. But when it comes to programming it to run based on a weather forecast, it just kinda does its own thing. I don't know what weather app this thing uses to determine the outside temperature, but it sucks. For damn-near $700 for an air conditioner, i expected better. The only thing keeping me practically in love with this unit is the fact that I can control it from my phone. So the connectivity is great. But program this thing to turn on/off based on your needs? So far not impressed. Just gotta check it before I head to work. Then, if for any reason, I forgot to set it where I want it, I can do it from my phone. I only bought this unit with intent to use it as an air conditioner....I know it can also function as a fan, dehumidifier, and a heater. I live in a dry climate, so I see no need to use the dehumidifier function. However, I will update as we go into winter and let y'all know about the heater function. UPDATE 2/6/22: So I've been using the heater function this winter and it does the job. It's expensive to run so I generally use my woodstove or propane buddy heater but when the fire goes out overnight, I wake up to the heater running and a house around 65 degrees. My only complaints about the heater are that 1) The temperature is about 7 to 8 degrees off. I have the heater set at 72 to keep it at about 65. 2) It also sometimes expels water during heat mode so you'll have to find a way to let it drain cause it'll stop working when the internal tank is full. Other than the little quirks, I'm happy with it.

This product does what it says. Cools down a small room within few minutes. A larger room such as a great room takes time to cool down but it does maintain temperature. The a/c mode is a bit noisy. Fan mode is quiet and useful at nights in Michigan wet summer. I’m yet to use the heat mode and dehumidify mode.

The plastic walls on this thing are TOO THIN and vibrate like crazy, making an extremely intolerable noise. But that's not even the worst part. It keeps tripping the 'dedicated' 15-amp circuit breaker, meaning it's the ONLY thing running on the line. This is a brand-new RV, so it's obviously not a problem with the breaker being worn out. It has no available 20-amp breaker to resort to, but ISN"T supposed to require anything but 15 according to the specs. Now I have to apparently pay for the return shipping or toss this disgusting clunker. I truly regret not buying another "Serene' product which, even at 2,000 less BTUs would have at least kept running and cooling. It's a much more sleek, well-built and easier to handle unit. This BEAST is NOT "Convenient" at ALL. Repacking this will be a nightmare, and I'm guessing the shipping charge for a near 90-pound box will be something in the neighborhood of $200.00. I should have heeded all the other complaints about the rip-off return Policy of this unsavory company and their apparent lack of Quality Control.

Drainage is a big problem. Water comes from drain line surface and connection, and from the front where cold air comes out. It caused a lot of water leakage that damaged my hardwood floor. A little noisy. Can’t return. Regret buying it.

DELLA 14000 has worked well in a small room that’s like 10 x 12 room and we have tried in a larger room and it worked but not as well we have made it work and have managed to make adjustments to have a positive feedback on this product
