The media could not be loaded. The AC part of this unit does not work right. It "overheats" according to the support team member i talked to. Doesn't feel hot to the touch at all but the "solution" i was told to do was to remove the exhaust tube and turn it off to let it cool down. This results in no change to the rooms temp and works way worse than a tiny window ac that you can get for half the price. While i can't speak for the heating side of it, the AC part sucks for that reason. All together the unit is terrible, the price is way to high, and the support team (while available at 940 pm PST on a Saturday) was worse than useless. The end of the conversation was me sending a video of the device not functioning for their records and being offered a return label which i did not even bother responding to. Also this was an 83 degree day so it's not like it was even all that hot out.

We love this portable air conditioner. It fits well in our vertical windows and cools down our bedrooms. Installation was simple and didn’t require instructions really. The remote control is nice but I use the app on my phone. Noise level is minimal depending on fan speed.

Update: Customer reached out to me directly to resolve issue. I appreciate real people resolving issues and their commitment to delivering value and a product they believe in. Product arrived fast. We allowed the ac to sit as we had no idea how it was stored in shipping. This morning we turned the AC on. It blows air, but it's definitely not cold air. The buttons on the top can be pressed as hard as you want, but only the remote and app can control it.
