    • Dirty and damaged
This “refurbished” to new condition pc was dirty, scratched, and came with a short in the power supply. Total fail! Ordered a different refurbished pc from a different refurbisher and got a nice, clean, fully functional unit. I would stay away from this vendor.

    • It was slightly damaged when received
I ordered this online and the specs meet all of the requirements. I had a peculiar issue when I received it with regards to having a hard time turning it on. The power button on the front was really hard to push and when I did manage to get the tower to turn on it would shut off with even the slightest movement. I thought there may have been an issue with the power supply but the cords all worked fine and my plugs were correct. I ended up taking the panels off and putting them back on. In doing so this solved the problem...the panel on the front of the tower was positioned incorrectly which caused the power button to be overloaded or constantly held down and it 'seemed' like it was turning itself off. It was a big pain to deal with and had me nervous because this will be a work computer. I was able to troubleshoot it and fix it. Outside of that the equipment is great, it runs fast, plenty of memory and once I fixed the hardware positioning I have no complaints. Definitely a good deal . ... show more

I purchased this tower in December 2022. By May 2023 it would not stay turned on. I was told I missed the return window of March 2023. Waste of money!

Opening the box, the tower was very dirty and the buttons were sticky. Not to mention I wasn’t given the correct cords to even use the tower. The mouse was broken when I received it and the keyboards letters were faded.
