The media could not be loaded. Noise level is quite between 64-68 decibels at 15 feet. One to two pull of the cord, the generator roared into life instantly. I used 2 funnel to add oil to keep it from spilling. If you pour from the quart of oil bottle, you might not need 2 funnel. After adding gasoline, add fuel ⛽️ injection cleaner which I did, I think it will help. I Used empty gallon milk jug & cut it out to use as funnel for adding gasoline on top. The neighbors can’t hear the noise if they are inside their house. The noise is around 50 decibels or so when I stand parallel to the neighbor’s house to measure the noise level. I am thinking getting another one that’s how much I love 💗 this generator. No inverter generator with 4500 watts will beat the price of this generator. I applied for Amazon credit card & get $50 off, price came to $663.37 plus 18 months interest free.

I purchased this Genkins 4500 watt generator and it worked great. Unfortunately, after about 6 weeks it stopped working. After informing Genkins Direct, they offered me to send it back and refund me or send me a new one. Since the 4500 watt was a little to heavy to lift for me, I opted for the 3800 watt, which is lighter, and I didn't really need 4500 watt. The 3800 with electric start and remote control came in today and it runs great. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the customer service.

The first issue was the battery it would not start when temperatures where below 40f I used pull start the second issue was wires to battery goes under generator from right side to battery positive wire rubbed threw on engine I repaired wire it melted a wire behind control board replaced that wire I replaced the battery with a larger battery also installed a switch to disconnect battery when not using so battery will not go dead. Now carb is leaking because float is bad or needle valve is stuck I purchased this from Amazon I can not find the correct carburetor anywhere very disappointed customer service is joke I have 3 predator generators very happy great reliable generators and I can get any part I want

For what it costs its great. It powers my camper perfectly and isnt so heavy that one person cant throw it in the truck. Very fuel efficient and quiet. My only complaint is the battery isnt the greatest but for how good it works ill take it any day

Purchased this gen for my new Travel Trailer for a trip to Yellowstone and later the Grand Canyon. The good: light weight, starts relatively easy, good fuel efficiency (even under a high load ran my A/C on my rig all night long). The bad: have only used this product a total of about 50 hours and the battery died within about the first two months. The battery is undersized and if you don't unplug it from the generator it will go completely dead after only a couple of weeks. I bought an oversized AGM battery designed for a motor cycle that still fits but is much more robust. I still have to disconnect but have much more starting capacity now. The fuel system must be drained when you are not using the gen set. I thought just putting stabil in the fuel would be enough but the tiny jets in the carb got clogged with junk within only a couple of months of non-use. There is a little drain on the bottom of the carb to assist with this procedure, just takes a flat screwdriver to remove the side panel and then open the valve on the bottom of the carb. You can unplug the battery with a quick disconnect here as well. Kept having problems with the rear wheels falling off and had to put loc-tite on the bolt to prevent this. I also found a mystery part in the bottom when performing maintenance and cannot figure out what it is used for.

Worked great for about 5-6 months. I usually do not write reviews on products like this until after 6 months so I can have a chance to use them a few times and see if they really are durable or not. I bought this in February of 23 and it is now September of 23. The on/choke switch started hanging up and would not switch to choke. In the process the knob broke. I found a replacement knob, but the generator will not switch to choke at all which is keeping me from being able to start the generator at all. When it did work, I had not complaints. It is quiet, does what I need, and very portable. I am waiting on a response from the seller to see how they will help resolve this as it should not be having these issues so quickly. I will update my review after I hear from them and see how they help me on this. I use this for a mobile business and have to have it to work and keep my lively hood going. Hopefully they warranty it as they should.

Bought this generator a year ago but never set it up. Needed to use with recent power outage so poured the oil in, connected the battery, and poured in gas. It started on first try. The generator is quiet and efficient. Ran a small mini split A/C, fan, small freezer, and dehumidifier at the same time for 3days straight. Was only using50% power so plenty of room to add more. Highlyrecommend this generator.
