I ordered on of these, but after installing the Dell Support Assist program and doing a lot of updating, it would not boot--couldn't find the hard drive! I returned for another and the same thing happened. My corporate tech guy told me to change the Boot to another setting and it's working perfectly! I'm not sure why they don't set it to the legacy boot before selling them--or do the Dell Assist to get the latest drivers--but if you're savvy enough to update the boot sequence, it's a sweet machine!! ... show more

I ordered this laptop. When it arrived, I booted it up and the keyboard didn’t work. Went through all troubleshooting steps, no go. Would not get into BIOS either. I requested a replacement and return. Second computer - mouse didn’t work and it took 5 times rebooting to get into windows. They need better testing of their refurbs before sending them out. ... show more

The laptop does not have a CD player/writer. How am I supposed to install software/drivers? I did not see it does not come with an essential CD drive. I do not recommend this item.
