So far so good.. I just hooked it up and tried it out. It super fast with solid state drive and and super quiet for the same reason (no Hard drive noise). The size of the footprint is way smaller than specified which is a good thing. it is 2.5 inches wide at the front 9.5 inches Tall and 9.5 inches long. A very small footprint no matter where you put it. It did not come with WIFI. I read that they will send one to you that you can plug in your usb port but. I had a good one laying around. The best part is it a flyer for multi applications but I am not a gamer so I cant speak for that. If I run into problems i will revise but so fall I am tickled pink. 5/8/2021 Update: 6/4/2021 My bad it came with a wifi dongle in the box with the keyboard . Still fast and reliable and has never crashed or locked up. I may buy another for the den. If i do it will be this same machine . i rarely give 5 stars but this unit is an exceptional value . ... show more

When I first got this unit, had couple of issues. First was disappointed to see the USB port in the front was not working and then Windows OS installation was stuck in one specific step, WiFi adapter was missing. Contacting customer support over the phone was not reachable. After a hard reboot, things started working and was able to move forward. I was close to return the unit, but then customer support had prompt response to my emails. Was very helpful, very prompt responses and they shipped the WiFi adapter. Once I received it, was able to update and install the Windows 10. Things are really good. The unit with 8GB RAM, works fast. Happy they included SSD instead of regular Harddisk. Great value, excellent customer support and I recommend this seller. if you're looking for a PC to browse and mid size to regular browsing, this is a great product. ... show more

Great renewed computer.This is a second one I have bought for another room.Great price for what you get.Keyboard, Mouse, USB wifi (make sure to look for this , it is small and easy to miss).Good for business use. Ordered this machine on a whim , it took 7 days from order to arrival in Ireland , Double boxed with very substantial bubble wrap case which covered whole PC . machine was exactly as described , very clean inside , no odour , almost perfect outside , slight strain on the front panel where someone tried to removed panel without first releasing hidden catch on the inside. But this is barely noticeable . No stickers on the front in regard to windows or Chip , ie I5 or I7 etc etc . But this again was cosmetic because the system says I5 with 8 Gs of ram. Service tag on the back allows to visit dell website for a more indepth view of system . Didn't rate tech support because i haven't needed it . Whisper quiet , USB ports on the front are a little stiff which would suggest they have never been used. Very happy with purchase ... show more

I think this mini tower is excellent. It comes with keyboard mouse and Wi-Fi fob as described in listing. It’s also says dvd rom. But I got a dvd rw. I actually asked the company for a dvd rw before they sent the tower and they replied that usually they upgrade the DVD player but only due to availability. I got my refreshed tower very fast - a day sooner than offered- and as described by another “with great care taken” in the packaging. I am very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend this company. I am glad I chose to get a refreshed computer with Windows 10 installed one day before I got it. Bought 2 of these form this seller. First one failed several months in when the PC no longer acknowledged that it had a DVD drive (It had only read 6 or 8 CDs at the time.). Put a DVD/CD in the drive, close the door, and nothing. Thank goodness for Assurion. Got my money back on that one. Turned around and bought the same machine again. On this one the DVD drive also failed, but this time after reading only one CD. Heck, when I unboxed the second machine it had a previous owner's DVD of a "Magic Schoolbus" game in the DVD drive (so, we'll chalk that up to poor quality control). When it did read the one CD, the drive sounded like a poorly tuned lawnmower with an unbalanced blade. The entire case vibrated as the machine struggled to read the CD. Time to find a better seller of refurbed PCs. ... show more
