    • Device was fine but the seller purchased it then sold it to me as a refurb advertising as new to me.
I bought this item as new (nothing on it says it was refurbished), but the seller never transferred ownership to me and basically lied about its condition. I've now spent a combined 10 hours with Dell over a month trying to get them to transfer ownership and the seller will neither help and now Dell tells me it doesn't matter anyway because they consider the item refurbished because I am the second owner.     • Poor design
The keyboard is subject to cracking due to plastic composition and pressure from the hinges. I bought this new from Dell and am not happy with the design of this product, although I love Dell Latitudes in general. I suggest buying a Latitude with a better design. In regards to performance, it is great but the plastic case is not durable and durability is one of the main reasons why I like the Latitude line. ... show more

    • Unhappy with it for the price
Paid a little more for this one thinking it would be better. It's about as slow as my other one. The wifi keeps shutting off randomly on it. It's fine on every other device in my house. When I trouble shoot, it says turn on wifi. Then I try and it takes forever for it to turn it on, and I have to restart the computer and try again. The adapter that came with it is also junk. The computer keeps saying it’s incompatible and then only charges half the time. I believe I was sent an old power cord. If not, it’s at least defective. My cheaper laptop worked better than this one. It's a big disappointment. Edit: ended up returning because it stopped charging completely. I contacted the seller, and they never got back to me, so I went through Amazon and they were friendly and let me return. Don’t recommend buying computers from this seller.     • Persistent memory or hardware issue
Have had for almost a year and reinstalled windows twice attempting to resolve issue. Device will freeze or lock up during use. CPU and Memory use low when issue presents. Diagnostics clean. Have set windows enhancements off still no resolution. Makes long term use of device frustrating.
