Computer is working great came right up fast easy to install my drives along with the drives that came with it. Only issue I had was the Bluetooth/wireless dongle that came with the computer Bluetooth wasn't work and only could use my 2G internet not my 5G, but I had the dongles from my old system and they work great. Nice machine, but the Kingfast SSD used for the C boot drive is junk. It worked fine for about 11 months, then poof: random reset and then it could not boot. Looking at setup... the storage drive in the PCIe was just gone. Bought another and trying to recover windows now with a new drive, but this is new to me and hard. No way to contact the seller. The ad says the computer comes with support, but no it only links to dell support. So I'm on my own. Not happy. ... show more

I love the price and he fact that this is a fairly up-to -date computer without paying a huge amount for a NEW computer. The description said that it was dual monitor ready. There is only one HDMI port and 2 USB ports on the back. Not really friendly to dual monitor without adaptors. I haven't figured out how to eliminate the business bloatware yet but it is not all that hard to ignore. The mouse and keyboard is something that might be ok in an absolute emergency, but not worth using for anything else. I do not use the computer for gaming so I can not rate it for that use. I was able to confirm that after a number of days of burn in and general operation, my particular Optiplex 7050 refurb performs exactly as it is supposed to and is cosmetically flawless. (I've had new computers that were DOA.) A recent gen i7, 32 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD, 2TB HDD, and they threw in a wireless keyboard and mouse. Short of competition gaming or working for NASA, how much more do most folks need? If there's a weak point, it's the Intel integrated graphics, which is not really that bad, but can be improved greatly by adding a dedicated video card - most of which cost more than the entire cost of this computer, which was under $300! The refurb company, STG Global, was very communicative, and offers excellent aftercare, if necessary or desired. If you get lucky with a flawless unit, you will be as happy as I am. ... show more

The motherboard was welded to the case I was unable to get out motherboard due to this issue! It came in 100% damaged and made me spend an extra few thousand on another PC! The front panel was also cracked and broken scuffs on the whole case(not from shipping) The cooler for the cpu doesn't work and the CPU would get 10 degrees away from the throttle limit ... show more
