I'm already a fan of Fuller Brush products because my late brother-in-law was a FB salesman all of his life so I've used many different products he recommended. One job I hate to do is wash windows--and as I've gotten older it has become actually dangerous for me to haul a ladder out and try to get a firm foothold in my flowerbeds. This set is really easy to use--just dump the magic crystals into the jar and hook it up to the hose. No climbing ladders, no wiping down, and no streaks! One thing I've learned is that after I'm done with the windows, I use up the rest of the bottle hosing down the front and back porches. I have the cleanest house in the neighborhood with perhaps the least amount of effort.

used for pavers, did a so-so job, didn't get much out of kit. The window kit is far superior & worth it so I bought this thinking it would be the same. Disappointed.

I wasted my money on this product. The only thing good about it, the mechanism helps power out of your hose be stronger to "power wash" your house. It is not strong like a power washer but is better than the "jet" setting on your nozzle. The soap is just there to be pretty -- it does not do anything. My box did not arrive with directions. Directions are on the bottle. The box had the bottle and 4 crystal bags -- that is it. I needed the print directions. (I also got the window cleaner and that had printed directions with pictures, and I needed that). My big mistake is that I went through a bag and half before I knew I was doing it wrong. They say place finger over whole on top to create a vacuum to release suds. There is a whole to the left, and very little suds come out and I would shake, turn it upside down, etc to get more suds out. Only after I did my windows and saw the picture instructions did I see I was placing my finger on the wrong hole -- there is one on the right side (cannot see form looking at it on top). The freaking pictures show it, but when the package comes they took out the picture instructions. So, the last bags produced the crazy amount of soap, but again it is just for show and the soap does not clean, cut grime, get rid of dirt, or even lighten the mildew. It is the pressure of the water that does all that. I do not recommend this product at all.

I have Hardy Lap Siding on my home and it did a terrific job of cleaning. Siding just shines. I did have one problem. My home is very small but I’ve used 4 pkgs and still need more. I will have to order more before I can finish my home which is only 850 square feet. I followed the directions so not sure what I did wrong. I also purchased the window cleaner but haven’t used it yet as I’m waiting until house is finished.

So disappointed with this product overall. The container was either defective or just cheap. The design of the finger release valve is way off. It should be positioned further back for easier holding position to cover and release instead of near the front of the container. Then, For the first 10 minutes it wouldn't put out the solution, big waste of water. Once it did finally start dispensing the cleaner it was a good flow. Removing the small attachment was remarkable at reaching higher areas but it was not adequate pressure to effectively clean. It is NOT as advertised AT ALL. "2000 sq ft"? Um, NOPE. Now I have streaks on the upper siding (the bottom is brick) which is what I needed clean. I have to now go back over it with a pressure washer and additional solution. Not worth the money, or time.
