I had nothing but bad luck with this computer. To begin with the system would not let me set up facial recognition I had to sign in with my password every time I used the computer, even if I only left the computer for a few minutes. But the major problem with the system is that after only 1 day of use, the system would only recognize numbers and not letters typed from the keyboard. I thought the keyboard was the problem, so I connected my old keyboard, and the problem was the same. Therefore, the problem was the computer and not the keyboard. Even though the system came with a year of tech support, they failed to give me any information on how to contact tech support. So I had to return the system. I guess I will stay with my old computer system that is slow but works just fine. ... show more
