Super easy to open and close, easy to store. Height is eh. I could stand a little more, but when you're mobility compromised and need to make sure you have a seat nearby when doing things in the yard or playing with the dog, this thing is aces! Actually, I use these indoors much more often than outdoors. And rarely for kneeling. They happen to be a perfect height for me when I need to sit doing temporary stuff indoors. Plus they are so lightweight that I can lug them from room to room so easily and I am a senior citizen. This product delivers on all fronts. It is lightweight, well constructed and allows me to get back to weeding and planting in my garden again in spite of my sore knees!! I love the fact that I can kneel on the padded bench and have two very sturdy handles to use to assist myself to a standing position. Or, with a flip of the bench, I can sit down and work in comfort with repotting or trimming higher plants. This is one of the best things I have purchased in a while.
