I am 74 years old and do a lot of lawn and garden work- lots of kneeling and rising, etc. I had been in the habit of wearing kneepads, but often had to find some object to help me get back up. I decided to try this kneeler and I am glad I did. I have just worked three days straight, pulling weeds and putting down mulch by hand. The cushion is strong and gives endless support and the handles are sturdy and allow me to easily rise from the kneeling position. And I ran two miles this morning- with no knee pain.
