Actually, I use these indoors much more often than outdoors. And rarely for kneeling. They happen to be a perfect height for me when I need to sit doing temporary stuff indoors. Plus they are so lightweight that I can lug them from room to room so easily and I am a senior citizen. I got this to help me get down an d up. Because of severe neuropathy, arthritis, sciatica and bad knees, it was very difficult to get up and down. This makes both so much easier. Now I have no excuse not to clean my molding.

This product delivers on all fronts. It is lightweight, well constructed and allows me to get back to weeding and planting in my garden again in spite of my sore knees!! I love the fact that I can kneel on the padded bench and have two very sturdy handles to use to assist myself to a standing position. Or, with a flip of the bench, I can sit down and work in comfort with repotting or trimming higher plants. This is one of the best things I have purchased in a while. I am 74 years old and do a lot of lawn and garden work- lots of kneeling and rising, etc. I had been in the habit of wearing kneepads, but often had to find some object to help me get back up. I decided to try this kneeler and I am glad I did. I have just worked three days straight, pulling weeds and putting down mulch by hand. The cushion is strong and gives endless support and the handles are sturdy and allow me to easily rise from the kneeling position. And I ran two miles this morning- with no knee pain. Very helpful for my hubby and I as we weed our yard! I really like how you can use it many ways! I’m thinking I’m going to bring it inside as I do my floor boards. Getting older and get up and down can be tricky.
