The serrations of the bread knife in this set are cut from the blade on one side only. This makes the knife a-symmetrical and causes it to track hard left when cutting bread. You actually have to be careful that you don't cut your finger. I will say that the rest of the set works well, but this is a problem. I expect I'm going to have to go out and find a proper balanced bread knife and hope that it will fit in the wood block. ... show more
