This product is terrible. I live in Louisiana where it’s hot, humid, and rainy. After running this for 24 hours there was barely a cup of water in the reservoir. I have another dehumidifier that will fill up in 4-6 hours and it 3 times the size of this one (I haven’t had them running at the same time). I’ve used it 4 times and now it won’t turn on.     • Quite literally worthless (other than as a nightlight).
I was surprised by the small size of the unit and the complete lack of humidity-level settings but was open-minded enough to give it a chance but the device was an utter disappointment. I put it into a room with an ambient 56% humidity and let it run for 10 hours only to find the humidity level unchanged and approximately a quarter of a cup of collected water in the reservoir. On the plus-side, the unit is quiet and visually appealing but simply worthless as a dehumidifier - especially at the asking price. ... show more

In Ohio, summers can be very humid, even more so with all the rain we had about 10 days ago. Even with the a/c on, the air was thick and sticky. Purchased this beauty, and in 24 hours, I had exactly two cups of water (moisture)! It is very quiet, quieter than my pedestal fan. It was a lot smaller than I thought it would be, which is very nice. Even has a little square with the filter for essential oil. I love it. The only thing is I thought it was bigger than it actually turned out to be, but it works great. It’s in my basement. I took the hose put it right by my Drain and guess what it’s taken care of all my humidity so thank you soI’m

    • Not impressed
Barely works. It runs continuously in a 150 sqft bedroom. Over a week's time in the hot humid summer, the dehumidifier filled up to 3/4 full. Meanwhile, our basement dehumidifier gets emptied 1-2 times a day. There is also a design flaw of having to empty the water from the back. It sits against a wall, so we have to pull it away from the wall to empty it as well. Overall, not worth it for the cost. I would get something more effective next time. ... show more

This is the first dehumidifier I've ever purchased. I have it in my small bathroom. After leaving this on for a week; there is barely a drop of water in the container. I originally gave this 3 stars because I had nothing to compare it to. After purchasing a real name brand dehumidifier, I can now say this unit sucks. My name brand dehumidifier keeps my entire basement at 40% to 45% humidity. This dehumidifier in my tiny bathroom can't bring the humidity to go below 55% I still have to leave a fan on for 2 to 3 hours after a shower to help bring it down to 50% humidity. The humidity in my bathroom can get up to 65% after a shower. I feel like the fan does a better job than this dehumidifier. It's pretty much just a night light that makes noise. ... show more
