Works well: I've run this thing through the night, and it pulls moisture very well from the air. I live in NC and this will do nicely for my PC room. Kept the humidity from spiking during the night while i slept. Build quality: This thing is about the size of a standard office trashcan. Feels very well made for how small it is. It's small enough to sit on my night stand. Water drain: The included capacity is, okay, but the drain makes up for that. This thing really has capacity to fill the internal bin, so if you live somewhere humid, you may want to consider using a drain.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Small footprint but big performance. It has made a big difference in my basement. No more smell, and while I'm looking into the fixes for my space, this is a great stop-gap and I'll continue to use it. Value for money: This thing performs well, I'm thinking I might add an additional sump (like the kind use for an AC unit that collects water and then triggers a motor to pump it to the drain) that way I can leave it in the corner of the basement that's a distance away from a place to dump the water.

So far excellent It's really helped with my air conditioning unit not to struggle and run as hard in this god-awful heat. I really know the difference when I used this product thank you. So far it's running excellent I've got to find out how to get replaceable filters but that's not my concern at the moment. So far so good!

I got this dehumidifier to control the humidity in my room, which was getting close to 60%. I set it to 40% and let it run overnight. By morning, it had collected about 2 cups of water, and the humidity dropped to around 40%, just as I set. It runs quietly, like a fan, and when the dehumidifying feature kicks in, it sounds more like a small fridge, not very loud. The air coming out of the vent is slightly warm, but it didn’t heat up the room noticeably, which I appreciated. The unit is also easy to move around. It has small wheels, so I can roll it from room to room with no problem. It’s also lightweight, making it effortless to carry when needed. Cleaning the water tank is quick and simple, just remove the chamber, dump the water, and slide it back in. The whole process took less than a minute. Overall, this dehumidifier is efficient, easy to use, and perfect for everyday home use.

First the pictures are strange as far as the size goes. This unit is about the size of a mini/small office type of garbage pail, and not that much bigger than a jumbo sized cereal box. It's heavy for the size. The inner removable tank wraps around a sold piece and is essentially only 3/4 of the perimiter of the tank has capacity to hold water. The fan only has two speeds which are pretty much the same speed and I could blow through a straw harder than the supposed high speed. You have to wait 24 hours before trying to use it as the oil has to settle, the hose is cheap plastic, and the unit removed next to no water from the air. Did nothing for the humidity. Actually watched it get higher. Maybe good for a small closet or small toilet. Oh and it off gasses and has a strong plastic smell that didn't go away. That was the only thing the fan was good for - blowing the smell into the air. Can't wait to have to carry this back to the return drop off point in 93 degree heat. Total waste of time and money.

Living here in the midwest the humidity can be unbearable, and we have been needing to get a new dehumidifier for a while now. Settled on this one as we planned on it to go in the basement due to the sq/ft range and the automatic drain into the sump pump option. I have got to say this thing is sturdy! Is it smaller than what I thought it was going to be which is awesome because I didn't want it to take up a ton of space! Very pleased with the size. Plugged it in and I can tell this one is easy nicer than all of the other ones that we have had just due to the compressor size and how much it is pulling in already. Very please with this purchase and worth the money big time! Dont cheap out on cheap machines, spend the money and get a good one! Super quiet as well, and no smell at all. The roller wheels on the bottom might be my favorite part, didn't even know it came with that!

This dehumidifier is compact, but seems to be doing the job. We’ve had a lot of rain so it took some time for it to catch up. I use it in my basement and have the hose hooked up to my sump pump.
