Keeps my basement nice and dry. It used to be unbearably damp in there, but the machine helps a ton. It's also quieter than I expected, which is a pretty good upgrade from my last dehumidifier. In texas, humidity has mostly stayed above 60s this summer. I have been keeping it on mostly. Its sound is not that loud and the big numbers showing the current humidity plus the touch makes it a good fit for my floor. I wish i could use the hose that comes with it so that I don't have to keep emptying the tank. ... show more
