I was originally going to take 1 star off because of the condition of the box when we received this. Then I realized it was not the seller’s fault- it was Amazon’s shipping service. OMG- the box was pretty much demolished – and unfortunately, since I asked the driver to bring it into the basement for me, I never saw how bad the box looked til after he left (or I would have refused the shipment). How this went cross country without someone saying “ I think this should be returned- no way this should be delivered in this condition” but guess that is not to be expected. I did write to the seller – and let me tell you – THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I could have returned it- but did not want to go thru the aggravation, and after setting it up, was just missing 1 screw, which they replaced (sent out Fed Ex so we had it in 2 days). It does sound like Amazon has a special shipping service that will come to pick up large items like this if you do need to return it -- good to know. But again, I did not want to go thru that. NJ has been having beautiful weather, so I only started using it yesterday, and so far, all seems ok. I am not used to using a treadmill (prefer walking around town) – but figured with the cold weather approaching would not hurt to have one. I mainly bought it for walking but did run on it (less than 3mph) and am enjoying it. As someone mentioned, you do have to be careful about banging your hands into the sides – but not a major problem. Seller did mention this is not meant to go higher than 7mph- but no problem with me. I doubt I will ever go over 3 mph – but maybe this is not meant for people used to heavy – duty running on a treadmill. Instructions are not the best. We could not figure out how to pull up the arms – but then realized the screws had to be loosened on either side – then no problem. It was obvious we received a return so not sure what was put together by the previous owner and what wasn’t. AGAIN, I want to emphasize the seller would have accepted a return – but we did not want to go thru that. THE SELLER HAS FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very happy so far. Good price, small size which we needed. And easy set up. We are new to using a treadmill, and this one is perfect for us.

I’m 68 years old and I sold our full sized treadmill with our big home a year ago. Really missed having one but wanted something small for our lower walkout basement. After reading lots of reviews this fit the bill. I have not used the bluetooth as I don’t really need those functions. I just want to get my walks in while I listen to music:) Pros Nice looking Sturdy Easy assembly Cons It’s heavier than I thought Doubt we will move it much as you have to remove bolts to slide it flat Box it arrived in was huge and heavy. We had to get it to basement. You will need 2 people

The unit is heavy, but has to be. It’s quiet, easy to use, and gives your body a great workout, all at a truly remarkable price. (Compare the price on the manufacturer’s web site and on Amazon. WOW!) Set-up is complex, so keep the manual at your work area. Adjustments must be made as you set the unit up, so proceed carefully. Best of luck!

This treadmill is nice for the price i ordered it and had it sent back because i ordered the pink and white one in the picture. I specifically searched for a pink and white one that looked like this and the title says its pink and white one but what you get is a dark grey one with a little bit of pink. I know strange thing to be annoyed over but i like pink and its what i wanted i kept the second one as it was again dark grey all over and a little bit of pink. Just know your getting a mostly dark grey treadmill with a strip of pink below with the lettering on the belt pink thats it. Other than that it works great no other complaints so far.

I shopped around quite a bit for a treadmill that would fit my family’s requirements. Higher weight limit and speed were essential while also being compact enough to be functional in an 850sq condo, and this hit the mark better than any other I could find. I should note that the white panel at the back is just a poster board I’ve taped to the arms to hide/help with cable management from my printer and router. On top of that having a color (pink/white) that actually fits with my vapor wave/90s anime lofi style decor was also a huge perk as I take a lot of photos and video for my home business. It’s fits in seamlessly. Setting it up was fairly easy, I appreciated that they tied a tag around the cord for the panel to connect, so it didn’t fall down into the arm of the unit. Came with a nice hefty allen wrench that I’ll probably use on other projects from now on too. Belt was already attached and they included a bottle of lubricant as well. It should be noted that newer models do not come with a heart rate bracelet or the NFC reader, however the phone app still pairs and functions. I had to contact customer support to confirm this, and they were very helpful. I’ve done a few activities in the app and it seems like it could be a good motivational addition, putting you live against others, that said I typically prefer to watch tv while using it just personally. It’s sturdy, the heaviest of our family doesn’t tip or rock it, it’s plenty wide/long enough for my stride at 5’8”. I’ve had no issues with the speed skipping around like others have mentioned. It does slow down rather than immediately stopping which I actually like, as otherwise I tend to get a bit of vertigo. It weighs 80lbs, but lifting the edge to use the wheels it feels pretty easy. I probably won’t be moving mine much but having the option is really nice in such a small space. I’d say this is a great buy if you’re looking for a compact machine that hits the marks for higher weight limit and speed, aesthetic, and after purchase customer support.

Treadmill is fantastic ! I love it and love Pitpat ! Not a fan of their customer support as I’ve had some issues with the handles being cracked and still trying to get it worked out . But the app is super fun and motivational and the treadmill is so easy to use and fun ! Very convenient for small spaces and super quiet
