My experience with this item was unique and frustrating. When I recived it, between them giving it to Amazon and me getting it, there was a 2 -3in crack in the back of the unit. And some red stuff.. on the inside of the lid . I contacted the seller and they asked for some photos and I had sent the photos as I had JUST taken it out the box Their CS was indeed very polite and helpful. This was an unfortunate moment since I really do believe they where being Sincere with their product QC. But the unit DOES work. If you turn it on 1-3 it will cycle on and off and at 5 it stays on a medium freeze.. it does produce some noise but more or less it is a white Noise kinda like a small window ac unit buzzing.
