Makes really good coffee but machine stopped working after a month. Evidently, there is an issue with this machine malfunctioning. We decided to give it a try...we purchased on Sep 27th and the machine stopped working on October 29th. The machine indicates that has no water (with a light on the front of the panel) even though the water tank is full. Others can be found with this problem when researching this issue on Youtube. I will update our review when we see how well customer service handles this issue. We had to break out the Keurig this morning so we could have coffee. Caution, your coffee consumption will go up. Great quality and has been used like 10 times a day in our household since purchase 8 weeks ago. Downsides are that the controls are a little weird and it actually is helpful to read the manual, also, if you change types of beans there is not really a good way to make a clean break from bean type 1 to bean type 2 as it errors out from low beans when there’s still a cup or so worth of beans in the chute awaiting grinding (maybe you could shop vac the old beans out but they can’t trivially be retrieved). ... show more

Easy to set up, very long time to idle, kind’a tricky to find the right size to brew, for the full 40 oz take like three grinds and brews to finish, even to turn it off have to wait several minutes while doing an automatic cleaning cicle. But the important thing, the coffee is perfect, quite good temperature, perfect brew, takes all the flavor and aroma of the beans, so far the best machine we ever have, totally worth the quite expensive price ... show more

This very expensive coffee pot is a total piece of garbage. My hope is that I can still return it. It is constantly broke down, malfunctioning and daily tedious, fussing to clean readjust, dislodge, and troubleshoot.
