I bought this bread maker for my son so he would stop suggesting I buy one. It was cheap so I bought it with the expectation of it being used once and discarded. Boy was I wrong! Excellent quality and easy to clean, it is in constant use. Makes very good bread but it’s forte is pizza dough! My son loves to make the pizza dough in this little but oh so efficient machine. Just add the ingredients and it does all the kneading and churning for you! Best pizza crust I have ever eaten. Delicious pizza all around! Sturdy, high quality for the price. Small enough to fit any kitchen but big enough to make two large thin crust pizzas. Highly recommended!

I’ve tried all bread receipts from the manual and all of them are tasty. Machine works pretty quiet. Only banana bread requires a lot of help from my side otherwise it won’t mix ingredients well.

This is my first bread machine. I’ve never made bread before, but wanted to have fresh hot bread for breakfasts. My first loaf was just ok…couldn’t find my measuring spoons so just eyed it. The loaf was edible from the center, but the crust was way too hard and the bread sunk down in the middle. Definitely operator error. My second loaf is in process and I’m looking forward to it. The machine doesn’t take up much space and is easy to operate.

I’ve been wanting a bread maker for quite a while. I had one for many years that was great but very large and heavy so during my last move gave it away. I had never heard of the Dash brand, but seeing the great reviews and the small size and light weight I wanted, decided to give it a try. I was thrilled with it right out of the box, seeing it looked like just what I wanted. As soon as I initially washed and dried the washable parts I bought the needed ingredients and got to work. It only took a few minutes to place the ingredients in the tub. Plugged it in and the readout showed number 1, 1.5 lb, and medium. I pushed each button to get the settings I needed and the settings wouldn’t change. The buttons didn’t work. Since I had all the ingredients in there, I pushed the start button to see if it worked. It started so I let it be. Ended up with a rock hard loaf that was inedible. Sent it back requesting a replacement since I liked the profile. When I received the second one, went through the same process. Was happy to see I could choose the type of bread and size, but the color button didn’t work. Bread turned out dark and heavy and too dense. Will send back and get another brand. Also, the readout doesn’t light up so I needed a flashlight to see the settings. The kneading blade always stuck in the finished bread so part of it has to be thrown away. The little metal lifter is worthless. I had looked at other Dash products that seem great for those that want small appliances with a small profile, but Dash is unfortunately out of the question for me.

Bought this after several of my friends talked about using their bread makers and how easy it was. I know absolutely nothing about baking and have never baked a cake in my life...literally. My wife does all the baking and is very good at it. I on the other hand could burn water so I typically keep out of the kitchen. I got the product and wanted to try it out so I looked through the recipe book and found that I had the ingredients to make French Bread. I followed the instructions and set it to start making while I was working in my office at home. And 4 hours later I was eating delicious homemade French Bread. My wife was super impressed and bragged about it so much that I am now baking bread for a dinner we have coming up....10 or 10 recommend this product if you want to make bread but not spend a ton of money. Oh and it does a lot more then bake bread but I haven't ventured into any of that yet but I am excited about the possibility of making homemade Jam.
