I've done quite a few batches of "sun dried tomatoes" in this dehydrator. It's saved me so much money in pre-packaged type and far deeper in taste and texture. I look forward to trying different veggies from the garden, as well as apple slices this fall. But when I took it out of the box that picture you all have makes it look dull! This is a beautiful color!! It really looks sooo nice!! I am pretty happy all the other colors were sold out!! Nice little compact, inexpensive dehydrator. I've used it for zucchini, mushrooms, and shrimp so far. I don't need anything bigger than this just for myself. It's tedious cleaning it, though, but I don't think any of them are easy.
