The camera is very easy to install and get set up with the app. Within 20 min I was done. I'm not a professional but I was able to hide the wiring along the side underneath the rubber. It tucked right in. Car has to be running for you to download the recordings if I dont want to take off the camera to plug it into the computer, which is fine with me. Downloads the videos pretty quickly. They get broken down into 5 min videos give or take. I bought this camera after I had someone side swipe me and I had no witness. First off it needs a wifi connection. Does not work without a phone and wifi turned on and connected. Does not record only streams but not sure where it streams. I though it was just recording my daily drives until I checked the app one day and to my suprise nothing was recorded so ok you have to connect it every time the car goes on. Even then it dont record anything . I would return it but it's to late. ... show more

I've had one for about 10 years and I purchased this brand cuz I thought mine wasn't working and I was really impressed because it was so easy to set up and I didn't have to do much of anything and the screen is nice it's just I'm real happy with it. Two days later the camera quit, I think...after doing it two times, it has to do with being in the sun, had to remove it, hide in a cool place, then it worked till it got hot again. The thing that ticked me off the most...the ads says: 24/7 customer support! There is no email address, phone number for this help, plus, get this! No name to who the manufacture is on this equipment. To me, that is false advertisement. I sent it back. ... show more

You got what you paid for. Easy to install and set up. Low camera price and low image quality. Much lower than I expected. GPS is not working .I can't read the plate number of the car in front of me. Disappointed. I do not recommend it.
