When you insert rear camera to dash cam front, does it display rear view on screen of front dash cam. You can switch display of front and rear view by long press UP button. If it doesn't display please check if each connector is plugged in place. If you don't need the reversing assist line, you don't need to connect rear camera's red wire to your car's reversing lights, just wrap the red wire.
