Edit: this Radio has become a nightmare. It shuts down constantly, my heating system has been acting up ever since the change over. I emailed customer service and no response. At first everything seemed fine but it is a problem unit. It freezes up a lot. My biggest complaint is the customer service is terrible. Skip this one High quality radio. Plug and play on a 19 XD. Operating system and car play work flawless. Responds like a high end unit. Very slight lag with steering controls but not enough to be bothersome. I’m Not sure if it’s an option, but I wish It was matte black instead of Glossy to match the rest of the dash.

Difficult to install. Harness makes it seem like they should connect to each other but some connectors connect to the module under the original stereo instead. Works great once you have that figured out. Any of can be installed. Love having the DIRECTV app

I have had this on my titan for about 2 weeks. It fits very nicely and looks clean. I know there are cheaper options out there but what I like about this unit is that to someone who doesn't have a titan, it looks like a nice oem screen not an aftermarket one shoved in there. So far everything is working except displaying the backup sensors, but I am getting support on it. I did not install the wifi, gps, internet, or sim cables because android auto does all that so I can not speak to how well these features work. The only part that i wish was nicer were the knobs, they are a little cheap feeling, a little to small for me, and don't light up so they are hard to see driving at night. I think the downfall of this unit for the price is the install instructions. They are very vague and the wiring diagrams are hard to understand. The harnesses are plug and play so there is no having to manually connect wires but there are no detail instructions for what has to be plugged into where. When installing you learn that the largest plug does not plug into the matching plug from the car, instead it is unused and how have to plug into the oem ac module that is under the radio. If you do this wrong the car will not start and has to be shut off by removing the terminals from the battery, then replacing fuses in the glove box that were blown. If the steps were clearer I think this unit would get better reviews and save a lot of people headaches. You go always pay an installer but for spending $500+ I did not want to pay more to send it to a shop. A lot of people complain about the support. I've found that they respond to me either be email or FB messenger in 24-48 hours, which has been fine for me for small issues that i have run into. But i could see how it would be frustrating if you did install this unit wrong and could get the titan to start, and couldn't get support for over a day, especially if you need your truck to run and had no other vehicle. I have found good support through FB titan groups from other people that have also installed. Overall i would give, Looks: 5/5 Function: 4/5 Install: 2/5 (especially if you have never installed a radio before) Support: 3/5 with the expectation that it is not on demand and you can not call

It’s a very nice unit, I really enjoy all the features, specially the SIM card slot that is perfect having internet right in this unit, the customer service are great helping with all the installation questions, this could get 5 stars except for one thing which I really didn’t like and might be a problem soon, the screen, scratches easily and they don’t have any screen protector for it, the head unit says 9” and they sale a 9” tempered glass screen protector but don’t fit, is to big. But overall is a very nice unit,
