If you're looking for a mobility scooter like this, you should be between 5'4 or less, there's no adjusting except handle bars. If you are heavier set with a pouch tummy, turning the handle bars would be difficult. It extends as far as it unfold. The 3 bars on right inside handle is the speed settings. Number 1 speed is set fast, 2nd speedier , 3rd speed racer. This thing moves very fast! So fast I'm naming it whiplash. Very easy to assemble, and lightweight. It does come in 2 boxes. 1 for the scooter and 1 for the seat and other parts. Comes with the istructions and tools. I will say the charging is noisy like a low humming sound. I got the one without the basket, but it does come with an area for a basket if I choose to get one. ... show more

Dislike that the product was on the site as a foldable and easy access for disable seniors. Good looking scooter but not for disable. .

It has terrible turning radius and when I went to return it I had to pay $200 to send it back that should be told I would have never bought it .

    • It doesn't work. The lights and horn work. But it doesn't move an inch
They want me to pay to ship it back when it doesn't work. This is so wrong. It should have tried out first. Why would you do this to a customer!
