I bought this chair to replace an old uncomfy chair I had used for over 2 years. It was a very nice chair once I put it together and I used it daily, but almost immediately I noticed a small tear at a point on the seat, but it was out of the way so not a big issue. But then the seam began pulling up and now it's uncomfortable to even sit on not to mention that there's going to be a giant hole in the seat once it fully pulls out. Don't get this chair, the quality for the price is not worth it.

For the price it’s really good, and we got it on discount used (like new) and it was perfect. Love the massager and it’s so comfy. I got it for him for his birthday and put it together myself and it was very easy.

The chair was very easy to put together. It has a leg rest you can pull out. The usb cable you see in the chair goes to the lower cushion that vibrates very strong and does relax you. You can lean the chair back pretty far like at movie theaters. Over all Great for the price and many cool colors to choose from.

I bought pre used to save some money but noticed a hole in the chair. Sadly I am going to have to try to fix it myself. Due to I needed a chair for school and I don't have time to wait for another one to come in. Other than this small flaw it is perfect for me even though it is a gaming chair.

Compared to my husbands chair (different brand) this one is far more comfortable in my opinion (he disagrees. Lol). Unfortunately the plastic on one of the arms of it was cracked. I contacted amazon and they resolved the issue with no problems. Overall extremely comfortable chair, colors are perfect, rolls smoothly. Very happy and would buy another !

Got this as a Christmas gift because I had asked for this one specifically because I loved the color, wish I had read more reviews. I'm not a big person at all, but there are bars going horizontally through the back of the chair that I can feel on my spine. My back right along my spine and shoulder blades are bruised from the horizontal support bar in this chair. I've owned a DxRacer for years and despite the issues I've had with that chair, I've never once been bruised from long gaming sessions sitting in it, overall it was pretty comfortable. Would still be using that if it were not broke but lesson learned. This might be good for a child but it will not grow with them. Typing this here in case I do get contacted, these are my personal experiences with this chair. I've owned it for just over 4 months and my back can't take it anymore. Shopping locally for literally anything else.

Assembly wasn't easy. The wheels were NOT easy to install. They would not go in initially. I thought I was missing a step. The tutorial videos went fast for the wheel insertion and didn't provide much information in the ways of what to do to insert. The bolts and washers that were supposed to secure the arm rests in don't seem to be the right size or something. The arm rests were loose after a day or two, so I removed the little covers for the bolts (not an easy feat) and proceeded to tighten them further. Again, they were pretty secure but then got loose again after a day or two. Having had a hard time removing the small black covers for the bolts the first time, I decided to just leave it be. So now I have a somewhat comfortable chair that I have to "baby" for fear of making the arm rests fall off. And just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, the false leather on the arm rests are now peeling off. AND I JUST BOUGHT THIS NOT TOO LONG AGO!

My boyfriend picked this chair out for me for my home office space. It was pretty easy to put together - packaged very well, good quality and sturdy. I was impressed that it glides smoothly over the carpet, and the massager is very nice. And the cat has been napping in it, so I may not get to use it as much as I'd like lol
