The media could not be loaded. We had this nozzle for one year, purchased in 2018. After 2 years, the button to change the flow to stream and back again kept getting stuck, so we contacted Danco and they sent us a free replacement. Over a year later, past the warranty period, the button got stuck on spray so I went to Amazon and purchased a replacement of the same. Now, only a year later, the button malfunctioned AGAIN. I have purchased and returned 2 of these DANCO Smart Spray Kitchen Sink Faucet Pull Down Faucet Spray Head in the past week and finally a third! The buttons work to change the flow, but the flow looks like there is debris stuck inside the nozzle. It is crooked and splashing everywhere inside the sink. This type of nozzle CANNOT be opened up to "blow out" debris like you would on a typical faucet. It is completely sealed and to open it, I would have to take a screwdriver to it and probably break it. I give up Danco! I will try and contact the company now and see why they cannot seem to make a cleaned out faucet head. For $30, one of the most highest priced spray heads, I would expect more. This is an excellent universal replacement. My faucet does not have any branding to determine the manufacturer. By other posts, I deduced this was a Glacier Bay which only Home Depot carries. However, they do not stock replacement parts. I tried another seller's item, only to find it only comes male threaded. Another customer's review led me to believe this would work on my GB faucet-it did not. I have a male threaded hose. Another customer's review on this product, led me to believe this one would work-and it does! It comes with 3 adapters, that are male threaded. The included instructions state, if your faucet is Glacier Bay, the smart spray will fit directly on your hose, without an adapter. This is the one I would recommend. If you have a male threaded hose, it will connect to this sprayer directly, as it is female threaded. If you need male going onto a female threaded hose, then this should work, as the 3 different adapters are all male threaded. I hope this helps other customers, as it took quite a while of online research, checking brick and mortar stores, and ordering other parts before finding the correct replacement - this one! I had no idea what brand of faucet I had and I needed to replace the spray head that was not working properly. This faucet head has 3 different size fittings that will work with most brands. I was easily able to switch out the head using one of the fittings including. Hopefully it will last a long time, some of the reviews said it quit working after a few weeks I have been using it for about a month so far so good. It is now 6 months since I installed this spray head and unfortunately it is stuck on spray only and won’t switch back to regular flow. So I have changed my recommendation it works but not as long as should. Another update this is Feb 20 2025. The last faucet head I purchased stopped working about 3 weeks ago I only get a little trickle of water out of it. I just now installed a new one hopefully it will work long than 5 months which is how long this last one worked. ... show more

One generous star for coming with additional adapters and being the only replacement faucet head on Amazon that actually fits our faucet. However, as stated many times already, this is a cheap substitute in every sense of the word. Plastic inside and out. Within a couple days, the spray starting leaking from the hose attachment site (no amount of plumber's tape could stop it), followed next by dripping from the spray button. The solution was to stop using the spray. Then a couple weeks later, I noticed the water flow being affected by the cheap plastic nozzle starting to be forced out by the force of the water. I tried to push or snap it back in, but the plastic innards don't seem to be held in by anything but pixie glue and hope. Both of which gave way soon afterwards. The innards now reside on my kitchen counter. The faucet head remains attached, but I now have a free flowing faucet hose. I imagine I could even get a spray going using my thumb, but that would be messy. The only functional use for this faucet head is to keep the hose from retracting all the way under my sink. That's something at least, so that merits the second generous star. The End. ... show more

After reading the reviews for this product, we've vowed not to use the button. We are just so happy to be spraying with something other than the hose itself from our kitchen faucet. This is the third product we bought to try to replace a faulty sprayer on who knows what brand of faucet the previous owners put in 10 years ago (turns out Delta, thanks instructions!) It came with three adapters and we popped in the one we needed and we were good to go! I'll update this is if it starts leaking in a week or two but even if it only lasts a year, I'd gladly replace the head annually then have to pay a plumber to replace the rest of the faucet. ... show more
