I am so excited to have purchased my 1st deep freezer, i was nervous that this was gonna take up so much space in my apartment but now that it came and its the perfect size, not to big and not to small, just right for a apartment and i still have plenty of room to move around the dining room table. I had to place a lock on so my kiddies wont be able to get into this freezer. I am impressed how it looks, there was a few minor dents at the bottom but not to noticeable so i am comfortable and happy with the overall unit. And i have my unit on number 7 and its freezing really well, slow process but by tomorrow it should be completely frozen. I know i over kill with the photos but i just want to give a good review about this product and show all about this and how it looks in my apartment. Its perfect and the price was decent compared to what other sellers was trying to sell there for and it was the same size. I ordered this july 18, 2020 and it arrived today july 22, 2020 so the speedy delivery was even a bigger plus for me. If you can look pass the minor dents and looking for a nice, small and quite deep freezer then i would highly recommend this product/unit, you wont regret it. ... show more

    • What a disaster, do not buy this
So frustrated. People reported little dents but I wasn't so worried about cosmetic issues, so I took a chance on this. What a disaster. The hinges for the lid are bent, and the hole where the drain plug goes in is also damaged. I didn't even try to plug it in. Also, beware, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING even if the item is defective! At least this was true for the retailer that sold this (Spreetail). I'm out god knows how much money, shipping a freezer is not going to be cheap. Also, FYI, the online description is wrong about being garage-ready. The manual clearly says this is for a climate-controlled indoor use only, and says not to use in either a garage or a "wet basement". Update: after I complained to Amazon the retailer provided a return shipping label. Grateful that the return was handled well. Still would definitely not advise anyone to buy this product, particularly for garage use. ... show more

I inspected the Packaging (NO sign of abuse during transit) It appeared to be handled professionally. BUT, upon unboxing & inspection I discovered a sizable dent in the rear corner. After waiting 48hrs. To settle the coolant and plugging it in. It quickly achieved-4° & has maintained it. So I overlook the imperfection and am Very Happy with the Freezer. Thank you, Well done!!! Packaged well, but still had a dent in the lower right front corner on arrival. Not sure how it could have been damaged in the packing unless lower quality material or damaged before put in packaging and sold that way. But I plugged it in and it works and hold plenty. The picture on line makes the item look bigger then it is. I was a bit disappointed but it does fit in a small space. Another thing, on line it says that the freezer is garage reading but the manual says the appliance is intended for indoor household use only. I bought the freezer because it would be in a garage.
