I used it once but I wasn't impressed. It's sat around a bit. I spend a lot of time at my desk so I pulled it give it another try, now it won't work at all.

Best bday gift from hubby ever. He bought me so he got out of it. I absolutely loved mine up until it wouldn't hold a charge anymore thankfully we got the protection plan, user friendly, it is a little heavy. the massage does feel like real hands, just really rough which I personally prefer it this way, but if you dont still give it a shot just bc I feel that, doesn't mean you will. & I wish is had more options than 3 total ... show more

I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. This is a great relief for me in the evenings before I go to bed. I don't like the massages that pulsate or vibrate so I thought I'd try this one. I'm glad I did. It holds a charch for a long time, doesn't take long to recharge. Not great for lower back. Even though pictures show it can be used for lower back, it barely massages. It can't get into those muscles. It's not meant for that. It does a great job for the neck though. If you're buying this for lower back, I'd look somewhere else

It was ok. Not quite what I’d hoped. I used it a few times. Went away from home for 6 months. Came back and it doesn’t work. It won’t charge. It’s useless. I will not buy for me this company again.

Ordered it last night, charged it soon as it arrived. My fiancé used it on his neck, he had been hurting for awhile. He used it and now he can turn his head. I used it on my lower back, when I say my back feels so better, I mean I think I can start exercising again!

    • Nice movement but not strong enough
I actually really do like the motion and feel of the massager but if you have a meaningful amount of muscle development in your trapezius, this thing is just not going to be strong enough and if you try to push it harder yourself, the mechanism will just seize up. As other people mentioned, the battery doesnt last especially long. What I didn't realize before buying it, is that you can't keep it charged while using it and it takes forever to charge. The power issue may be related to the strength issue: I'm not sure if it's that the low power just can't drive enough force or if it's a safety mechanism they should retune ... show more
