DO NOT BUY, not worth the headache. We purchased two of these computers and have had numerous issues. One we returned right away through Amazon because it would not power on and we received a replacement. The replacement we received had issues from the start, primarily with connecting to the internet but unfortunately these were purchased for our kids to do their computer homework so one of them didn't get much use and we didn't realize how significant it was. We figured it was user error of our kiddo and didn't get around to taking a closer look. But now after 6 months here are the issues we've had: bad internal wifi card, 1 USB port is non-functioning, the keyboard mouse on 1 is out, and we had to replace the cord for a monitor when it stopped working. These only have a 90 day warranty so none of this is covered. Electronics really need a longer warranty. I'm sorry we bought these. ... show more

I’ve been using the Dell OptiPlex desktop since it arrived last Thursday, and so far, it’s performed exactly as expected. Setup was quick and easy—everything powered on right away with no issues. It runs smoothly for everyday tasks like browsing, streaming, and working on documents. The build quality feels solid, and it’s surprisingly quiet while running. I haven’t tested it with heavier programs yet, but for general use, it’s been reliable and efficient. I also appreciate how compact it is—doesn’t take up much desk space. So far, I’m very satisfied with the performance. If anything changes over time, I’ll update this review. We got this set for our granddaughter for Christmas. After a few months of use, we dare say that for fifty dollars, it's well worth the money. Backlit keyboard, a large twenty four inch monitor, wired mouse and headset all in one box. This arrived quickly and in good condition. The standout feature of this set were the headphones. Surprisingly clear sound with settings control, they are comfortable and well made for the price. Keyboard was good for gaming, with a backlit style that makes it easier to see the keys. UPDATED: **As a result of my experience and product received Amazon gave me a 50% refund. Amazon did confirm that per the product description it did say the monitor was listed as new. On three occasions since that time I have received messages from the seller asking me to change my review, as they have taken my feedback and made some changes. Each time they mention that they do not deal in new equipment, except for one particular item. I certainly appreciate if they have taken anything that I have said and applied it to their current business policies. However, simply put if you advertise something make 100% sure that your product description is accurate. Do not advertise a part of the product is new when it clearly isn’t. The seller said in their last message to me that they offered a 50% refund. In truth Amazon offered it not the seller. I am not trying to be petty or difficult here I just want to be very clear on what occurred. I even told the seller that I didn’t even mention in my initial complaint that we had to purchase a power cord, as one was not included. *** First off, when I received my computer there was an oil like substance on the monitor and the computer. Second, in the product description it said that the monitor was new. The monitor that I received was NOT new. The base has scratches on it that you can see in the photo. DO NOT advertise that a monitor is NEW when it clearly isn’t. The monitor was wrapped in bubble wrap and there was more bubble wrap in the box with a styrofoam like protector, so I know that the monitor didn’t obtain damage in transit. I wish I had taken photos when I first unboxed it. I have since cleaned it up the best that I could. The mouse was garbage and didn’t work. In fact the entire system looked dirty. It looked like it had been in someone’s basement. However, the keyboard works like a charm. The processor itself runs really well. I understand that the processor itself is refurbished, but the monitor wasn’t supposed to be. I googled the name / address of the business that was on a page that looked like a flyer or photo copy that was in the box with the computer. I found an email address. this is the second rehuilt windows10 desk top pc that we haveordered from amazonin the past few weeks, the first pc didnothave WIFI installed as advertised so we had to return it. we ordered thus pc as a replacement,, it appears as though this machine was a return because of the way it was boxed, nothingappears to be broken, althoughthere wasnokeybord or mouce in the box, i took thekeyboard and moucefrom my lap top thatthis machine is replacing. after geting it set up it powred up and quickly connected to our WIFI router, the monitor is very clear and sharp. i am going tolet it run for 24 hours to see if it has any issues, three stars because of missing parts, also jo speakersbut for our use that is notcritical, plus the way it was packaged for shipping, notto what we expect from amazone, not professional, the box was closed with clear plastic tape stetched all around the box, will try to update after we have somerun time on it ... show more
