Unit arrived faster then expect they said 7-10 days but was delivered in 2 days Im a Retired Commercial HVAC/R mechanic i have installed several hundred of these types of units over my 35 years! Daikin is my favorite of them all! Daikin is a great MFG and stands behind their equipment Just so people understand no AC MFG of this type of equipment will pay labor its a parts only warranty labor is your responsibility. So others who have posted bad reviews because of this are just plan wrong. Anyway system works great its quite and efficient I recommend anyone who does not know how to do a proper start up hire someone who does! Installation is straight forward so most people who are mechanically inclined should have little to no problems completing this task! Oh and the price was 400$ less here then i was quoted at the HVAC supply house i used for years! I highly recommend this equipment and would purchase again if needed! ... show more

Our system came on a pallet. The electricians took it from there but it seems to work well. We are using as a supplement to central air in a loft space.
