I have two medium to large size dogs and they love their new water bowl. Seems the cats are now drinking out of it as well. Nice size as the water last for about three days and it’s very easy to clean and refill. I got the medium size which is perfect. You do have to snap in the base to the holder when you first get it which takes a little pressure but it does snap in and stays in place as I read on other reviews it doesn’t snap in but it does. We been using for about two months and haven’t had any issues when removing the bottle to refill. I will be buying a second one for outside for the summer ... show more

UPDATE: 05/18/24 Customer Service reached out and replaced the whole thing with a brand-new one. I’m keeping my eye on it and if this one seems to have any trouble I will update here but I and beyond happy with this companies Customer Service. So great! I’ve had this for maybe a week and my dog loves it, I think it’s great, it looks good, easy to use, easy to fill, holds a great amount of water, is sturdy…BUT… a BIG PROBLEM with the metal part where my dog actually drinks from. When cleaning it out this morning I noticed that it started to get rust marks (pitting) where it holds the water, this shouldn’t happen as this product is designed to hold water. Will probably have to return this and get something different but just wanted to put this review up so everyone is aware. ... show more

It was hard finding a gravity waterer that was big enough for my large dogs. This one is enough to last me about 2 days with my 4 water guzzlers. The design is so simple, there's not much that can go wrong with it. I LOVE the metal dish and button on the lid so it doesn't release water until it touches down. They are big pluses! The water in the dish is about an inch or two deep. If you have a dog that splashes water around, be prepared for a mess. The sides aren't deep enough to keep splashes in. My dogs like this dispenser. I bought this for the patio because they get thirsty a lot when we are outside all day. They didn't hesitate to use it. The 2 gallon bottle was enough for a week of water. The flow rate is wonderful. I like the stainless steel bowl. It makes for easy clean up. I like that it's easy to use. it's easy to clean and I like that it is a steel water dish instead of plastic. I also like that it holds liters of water. I don't have to keep feeling it up all the time. What I don't like about it is the base that holds the bottle up. it is locked in place but as soon as the bottle with water is in place., it tilts forward, and the back base lock is not locked in place. Lots of reviews with people saying that the plastic housing is flimsy. It's not at all... You just have to make sure it's snapped in place firmly. I had to actually use a lot of pressure to make sure all three prongs were set in place with the unit completely upside down. Not a difficult task but a necessary one.
