Perfect Chair/Great Company!
I am THRILLED with my new chair ~ and especially thrilled with their customer service!! After easily putting my chair together~on the back page of the manual it said to email if you needed a longer gas lift extension, up to an additional 4”. I reached out and the response was extremely helpful, fast and welcoming. A new 8” lift was sent Free of charge! The new part took only a few minutes to swap out and I couldn't be happier! I needed a higher chair for my new sewing table using my old treadle work legs. This chair is comfortable, slides easily and is the perfect height! Thanks for being such a Great company!

Comfort for price!
Color: W-black

This chair is awesome! I own a HBADA chair paid a lot more for it and this chair blows it out of the water definitely worth the lower price than the over priced chairs with the same options and comfort. Also is better for short people.

Decent chair

Nice chair. Arm rests are too narrow for larger people. My son had to take mine since he felt uncomfortable in this one. Works fine for me

Good enough with ADDED padding; assembly fine and came with ALL parts, a plus!
Chair came with all its parts (not our usual experience!), and went together easily enough. Lumbar support does NOT go high enough to be truly useful, and the chair itself seems to lean back slightly. So in the first hour I've had to add an upper back pad to it. Now the lumbar is digging into my spine. Ditched the upper back pad and now have an entire throw pillow stuffed behind my back. Seat is pretty stiff, may have to lightly pad that, too. Now did. Added a normal, thin dining room chair tie-on seat pad, and that helps -- just 3/4" of poly-stuffing in it and it's better now. So after about two hours of use, ending up with back pain, I've tried to adjust the lumbar support (doesn't go high enough), added almost 2" of back padding, and 3/4" of seat padding -- the poly-stuffing compresses so lumbar hits the same too-low spot. Hmmm. The fake leather on top of the armrests and on the top of the seat -- seems thin, though nicely soft. Design should allow for slip-over covers for both arms and seat in the next year when they will likely be needed. Still, another add to making this chair work. Good stuff: arms do fold back completely-enough to slide my chair under my desk while seated. When sitting back, they drop to a reasonable height, comfortable for my arms to rest on. The chair feels fairly durable (seat has a small right to left rock to it), the casters roll well, it feels stable, and overall it's a nice looking chair. It works, with my adds, for what I need. Will see in the coming year. 5'7" and 150 pounds. Four stars mostly because it came with ALL the parts (!) and also because I can make it work. --d of d&B.
