shipping this bike in this box was amazing!! well packeged and halfway already assembled. Included tools made it easy if you're a mechanical kind of person. PROS: Its small but I'm 6'4" and its just right for me, even peddling. The long seat is 100% great, UI HATE the cheap seats they put on bikes!!! The bike looks good, feels good. love the stickers especially the little decal under the seat. This is a real eye-catcher, people will notice you. Headlight, fenders, horn,tail light included AND turn signals! (not that anyone sees turn signals these days) CONS: This is a very heavy bike, you'll notice this trying to get it out of the box. It's built like a TANK!! the ride with these tires on pavement is a little rough, don't expect too much for the brakes...try them out first, learn how to use them before you get in a panic situation, I did have trouble getting the rear tire to seal, a tire shop had to assist, Customer service from the manufacturer is non existant, you must contact the seller through Amazon. My first bike was a full size 26" bike, hard to control, this is great. I highly recommend this bike, before a $1500-$200+ bike. ... show more

This is amazing for $650. Its better than any other e bike that cost more. 20mph max but the torque isn't too crazy but just right. Its quiet, Its pretty big for the price, I'm 6,0 and It big to get on. Its very comfortable, better than any moped there is.

We got this for my 17 year old about 3 months ago to ride around town and she loves it! It looks great, is easy to use and has good battery life. As parents we love that it’s sturdy and has a headlight along with reflectors on both tires and behind the seat. It was bigger than I expected but the bigger size helps with visibility. It’s definitely better fit for adults and older teens. It wasn’t hard to assemble but a video would have been helpful since I’m a novice and accidentally put the handlebars on backward 😆. I also didn’t realize I needed to put the tire on before pumping it up the rest of the way and had problems because of that. Support was really quick and helpful in navigating the problem and everything has worked great since. They said they will be adding a video in the future. ... show more

This bike is very durable and has great power for the price you pay, one thing to note is during assembly, watching the official assembly video posted on YouTube is very helpful along with looking at the manual. Overall this bike is a lot of fun and has great speed and is very smooth to control.

The bike is awesome and works good. Smooth riding with it and it definitely can take a lot. I mean like going through grass with it or even few piles of rock. Still be careful because you wanna make sure it's well token care of... I would definitely recommend it. But people who are 5'3 or lower, I would recommend to either not do this one or just be careful. Even for me at this exact height it's heavy and my toes barely touch the ground. I named my Goliath and it leaves up to the title lol. I'm small for it but still try to ride it. The light works good, you can see the road in front of you when riding it. Even though I'm small for it, I still love my bike. Noise level on it is good, I don't hear a thing and is very easily to learn to use it. ... show more

Ordered these for my wife and I as a Christmas present to each other, as we have been wanting to get into the e-bike game for awhile. For the price, these are an excellent choice! They are very good quality, look awesome, and built like a tank! They are awesome looking, and one person told me they looked like they would cost thousands of dollars. He was shocked when I told him they were about $500 each. They come well-packed in heavy duty boxes. There is some assembly required such as putting on the front wheel, pedals, handlebar, and front light. You will also need to put air into the tires, but they supply a pump! It actually took me longer to unbox the bikes than it took to build them! If you are even the slightest bit handy, you will have no problem building this bike. Once built, we realized the batteries came fully charged and we were able to ride them right away! The only negative is that the brakes on one of the bikes squeak a little, but I'm planning on cleaning them and getting a slight adjustment that should fix that easily. Overall, a great purchase. Size wise, my wife and I are both about 5'6" and we fit on them fine. I think anyone taller than 5'2" would have no problem. Like I said earlier, they are built like tanks, and weight about 75 pounds each. Luckily they fit nicely along the walls of the garage and we didn't need to hang them for storage. I don't think that would be possible for the average person to lift regularly. The bike has 5 speed levels. 1=10mph, 2=12mph, 3=16mph, 4=18mph, and 5=20mph, which is the top speed. There may be a way to get around the electronic speed governor, but I haven't investigated that yet. If you are a seasoned e-biker and want to go faster, this might not be a great choice for you, but for teenagers or casual riders, the 20mph works just fine.
