I couldn’t run in cold rainy weather and my teens wouldn’t want exercise outside so I bought this exercise bike. It was a great buy! It’s easy to install and I took about 25 minutes to completely put it into working! The seat is adjustable so my family can use it just move the seat back and forth by a simple bar. It ally has 16 speeds so you can use faster speeds to improve your strength, and you can enjoy watching a movie while riding a slower speed. I also love to see my kids riding the bike and enjoying their phone videos in the front!!

At the beginning, the wrong product was delivered to me, but the problem was soon solved. After I tried it, I felt that the training of my stomach and thighs helped me a lot. After comparing several stores, I finally placed an order, and I felt that this product was very good.

It was easy to install as per manual and it took less than 30 minutes for me to install it ! I use it almost every day for my daily exercise ! It has16 levels of resistance and best for any type of exercise level whenever I need it. I can’t complain more as I can exercise effectively at home! I look forward to use it especially during the winter time ! Worth of buying it and recommend this to anyone of need it !

The media could not be loaded. I thought I took on project that I wouldn’t be able to finish in a short time frame, but from unpacking to assembly, it only took an hour to finish. Everything from tools to nuts and bolts were conveniently found in the box. The instructions were easy and simple to follow. The design of the bike is very slim, easy to fit into our space and works well. Gives us an alternative way to get some aerobics in.

Since deciding to create my own "gym" in my basement instead of paying for a gym membership and driving out in the cold winter days, I've been purchasing a variety of workout equipments. I recently bought a stationary bike that exceed my expectation and decided to give this exercise bike a try as well. I wanted a bike where I can sit and rest my back due to some ongoing back pain and this CYCOOL Recumbent Exercise Bike turned out amazing and does the job well! Pros: - Easy Instructions: Easy to read instructions with a lot of visuals included. Instructions had both a English version and a Chinese version. Super helpful! - Quick Assembly: Not as heavy as anticipated. The package was so well protected with styrofoam, plastic wrap, and tape that it took a little time to get the pieces out of the packaging. No pieces were damaged and everything was included. All the tools needed are provided! - Great Quality: Really good quality for the affordable price. Haven't come across any issues thus far and works well and pretty stable even on carpet flooring. During intense workouts, the bike maintains pretty sturdy. - Super Comfortable: Loveeee the soft seat! The seating is super comfortable and not firm at all. I have no problem biking on it for an hour with breaks in between even with my back pain. Water bottle holder is included and installed on the side (not sure if I will really use it but always good to have) - Simple Monitor: The LCD monitor is pretty straight forward and records my biking data in real time. Battery is NOT included! - Noise: Pretty quiet even during intense workout! - Adjustments: Seats and intensity are easily adjustable and super stable. Very well made and heavy duty. Cons: -Smell: Initially had a pretty strong "new" smell originally but did slowly fade away. - Accessories: The phone holder is alright. Small but does its job of holding my phone steady even with intense biking. Placing the phone vertically on the holder does cover the numbers on the display monitor. Do wish the device stand was a little bigger and not so much in the way of the monitor, but I only use my phone horizontally on it so its not much of an issue for me. Now I can workout at my convenience - without leaving the house. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a long term, affordable investment! Will be using this bike daily! :)
