Had a few issues in the beginning but they were resolved quickly. Got everything I paid for. They also sent a bike cover. Which is very nice the bike rides great... very smooth. Just need Mirrors now So I can see what's behind me better.

I received the ebike without the lock, helmet, basket, and bag that I ordered with it. I received the ebike a day early BUT I still do not have the keys for the ebike. I am modifying my previous review. I had a good service representative, named Joseph, who was the only representative from Cycrown support that I had spoken to in the past several weeks about any and all of the issues, problems, questions, etc. It was nice to only have one person who saw to my needs and regularly contacted me to verify my accessories and answer questions as well as take consumer constructive criticism/advice on why I had given negative review in the beginning of this ordeal.
