System does not boot out of the box, and the bios is glitchy. Tried to find any workaround to get the operating sytsem to boot but after 30 seconds the system gets so hot that it shuts itself off. system runs 60c at the bios.

It's a fantastic computer I love it only gripe I have is a problem with windows needed to buy a new copy of it messaged tech support and got no response.

    • Frequent display crash; next to no email support
The good: 1. Came without windows key, emailed the company, got one. 2. When gaming, great FPS as expected. The bad: 1. Horrible black screen issue that doesn't get fixed from all the software troubleshooting I try. I could be gaming for anywhere between 5 minutes and 4 hours before my GPU apparently crashes and I'm forced to restart the PC, only to be greeted by more crashes in even shorter time frames and sometimes without even gaming. 2. The PC itself is quite firmly locked so I can't figure out how to "reseat" GPU after opening the side panel. Holy hell, if I wanted to try hardware troubleshooting, I wouldn't have bought prebuilt. 3. The PC is apparently using an Apevia PSU, which according to online reviews, is known for many kinds of failures including but not limited to black screens, blue screens, and -frying components-? Looks like it could potentially be to blame for other bad reviews. 4. No email support for the black screen issue. Like what, they have too many computers dying to respond to everyone? Yikes. Honestly should've returned as soon as possible but the issue seemed to disappear with little batches of software fixes, until it just did not go away and basically happened every day or even every hour. Edit: I'd like to mention this could potentially be a hardware compatibility issue between the Ryzen CPU and the PSU put in my system. Looking online, I saw tons of people with Ryzen 3xxx having the same blackscreen, max fan crash as me. Also saw that issue being caused by Gigabyte 3xxx cards and 3xxx cards in general. Maybe not a good time to need a gaming PC... ... show more

    • Should ship working after Tech inspection make sure it works out the Box
Never would load just Blank Screen telling what type computer it was tried to reboot serveral times to no avail sent back for refund went elsewhere to purchase a better computer for lesser price same type.
