Got these to use on a long pew pew. They mounted easily on an MLok guard. They seem sturdy enough. I tried yanking on them pretty good to see if they moved or rattled and it seems they hold strong enough. As somebody who is using this strictly for competitive style training, this should suffice. Only time will tell how these hold up, but I'm willing to gamble due to the low price.

I've been having fun making some custom paracord rifle slings, and got these to mount on my handguard, but I noticed that the hole spacing is 20mm, and that is perfect for mounting on 2040 extrusion. I had 2 x 1m pieces of 80/20 left from a laser I built and a bunch of other hardware lying around, so I built an adjustable length jig and the QD mounts fit perfectly with their own t-nuts (you do have to slide the nuts in from the end, they are too wide to act like hammer-nuts) and I 3d printed some endcaps. I really like how well they lock into all of the offbrand QD sling connectors. (I haven't tried anything American made yet). I did put them on a rifle as well and they lock up nicely and feel very secure. So far, definitely worth the money.

The swivels don't perfectly fit standard QD sockets (slightly too small), but are very secure in the sockets sold with them. The mounts fit snugly and securely into M-lok slots. The screws don't come with threadlocker, so you'll have to provide and apply it yourself.
