I haven't used yet but the knives seem very good and made well. They portray controlled flexibility and are extremely sharp. I'll follow up after I use them to clean and filet a few seabass and blackfish.

I was very disappointed to see a quality knife have poor rivets/pins protruding beyond the face of the handles. They feel like sharps and do not feel comfortable in the hand. Both knives had these imperfections.
