Just received it and put some on. At first spray, Lady Vengeance reminds me of expensive, potent older lady perfume (rose & ambroxan.) After it settled down to a more tolerable indulgence, I could smell notes of vanilla and lavender. Believe these “even out” the edgy notes a bit. Overall, I’d liken it to a “rich, old lady with a hippie past” (Patchouli) perfume. This is definitely a winter scent. Probably best worn with formal clothes. Would not wear it as an every day scent however, I will have to wear it all day to firmly decide. For interim, I’ve ordered the sampler so I can decide which Juliette best suits me. UPDATE: Guess I’m an old hippie because I’ve worn this perfume every day since I got it. Ha! ... show more

Paula was so kind to send a sample vial and a handwritten note. She had no way of knowing that I had been wanting this scent for over 5 years. She wanted to make sure I loved it before opening it in case I wanted to return it!!! I will be buying ALL of my Juliette has a Gun products from HER!!!
