I've been using the CUSIMAX Double Burner for a few weeks now, and I'm thoroughly impressed. It's been helpful for my kitchen, allowing me to cook multiple dishes simultaneously with ease. The ceramic infrared cooktop is surprisingly durable and easy to clean, and the dual control feature makes it a breeze to adjust the heat on each burner independently. In my experience, the 1800W power is more than enough for most of my cooking needs, and the stainless steel base provides a sturdy foundation. One minor drawback is that the glass plate can get quite hot during extended use, but it's not a major concern. I really like it. I was very suspicious at first cause I’ve had bad experiences with hot plates. But this is a workhorse. Heats up quickly but not surprisingly so. It is very stable. It has a sturdy plug and base. Easy to clean. No corners where food can lodge. I gave it 5 stars and it deserves all 5. But follow the directions and burn off the coating before using it for cooking. Do it where there is lots of ventilation. Btw, I bought this for my RV.

This hot plate works very well and as expected. The cord is also a good solid quality plug that inspires confidence for the long haul. The design of the on/off and temperature control is excellent. The heating surface is a great size and the hot-plate footing is solid even with a good size heavy pot. The only negative is just how long the burner stays VERY hot. To give you an idea, I boiled a 2 quart pan of water on it to make sure things were working. After that came to a boil, I turned off and unplugged the hot-plate, emptied the water into the sink, rinsed the pan in cold water to cool the pan off and filled it with cold water. I then placed the cooled pan half filled with cold water back on the hot-plate. The residual heat lasted long enough to heat the water to a point it was very uncomfortable to touch! I emptied the pan again, filled with cold water again, there was *still* enough heat to warm the half filled pot *again*. Nuts! :)

After buying a few others that either didn't stand up over time or didn't work from the get go, THIS IS THE ONE! Sturdy construction and stable. Heats up almost instantly and stays on! No waiting an hour to boil water and no worries about it cycling off every few seconds. Boiled a pot of water in a few minutes and stayed going until I turned it off. This is the one you want if you are looking for a good fifth wheel or your only cooking surface!

I bought this back in November of 2024. It’s now February of 2025. I loved this cook top so much, and loved using it. It got hot on the knobs and sides, but I could handle that. I liked how it heat up so quick, and got so hot. But what I didn’t like, was as I was cooking with it yesterday, I noticed one of the legs was making it wobbly. Figured I’d finish then see what was going on with the leg. I turned down the knob, and it came right off. It melted off. I turned it off, let it cool, and saw the front right leg had melted down. [Update 3/5/2025]: The seller proactively reached out and offered a refund or replacement. In the hopes that this was an anomaly, we had actually ordered another one of the same, so we opted for a refund. Added a star for the seller being helpful and proactive.

Love this hotplate! Great heat distribution, very stable for any pot or pan, we even use it with a wok and it works perfectly. It looks nicer than anything else I have had, it's durable enough for daily use, great value! Do be aware that the whole thing gets hot on top and sides. It's perfectly safe and we have never had any problems with it but I think if we were cooking with kids I would be nervous about them touching the rounded sides.

I've had this hot plate for four months, and at first, I really loved it. It heated up quickly, worked well, and was easy to clean. I did notice that the knobs would get really hot, but I didn’t think much of it since the whole thing is metal. Today, when I pulled it out to cook, I saw that all four feet on the bottom had completely melted. Then, while using it (because I still needed to), the plastic holding the metal temperature control knob melted entirely, and the knob fell off. On top of that, the hot plate struggled to maintain a consistent temperature—it would just shoot up to the max and stay there. I’m really disappointed because I enjoyed using it for the first few months, but it just gets way too hot. EDIT: I’m updating my review by one star to acknowledge that they reached out and offered to refund my purchase due to what happened. It’s clear they value customer feedback, and that means a lot to me.
