Bought one of these and it was great. A little firm at first but when you are sitting on it, it softens up easily (but still firm enough). I liked it so well that I ordered a second one. THAT one wasn't as nice. The cover did not fit well and it is much harder than it should be. I will be returning that second one ... show more
