This makes a great footrest for under your desk at work and brings your knees up so your legs aren't resting on the edge of your chair. It's comfortable for your feet and ankles to rest on. I make sure I wear shoes I can easily slip in and out of since I don't want to put my shoes on it.

I kept crossing my legs at my desk but this is the perfect solution to putting my legs in a better position. It is comfortable and it stays put on a plastic chair mat. I love it. I would buy it again and recommend to others!
