My mother had issues keeping her continuous glucose monitor in place on her arm. After going back to the doctor to get it reattached twice, she had had enough! When I saw these, and from a brand I trust, I knew we had to give it a try and they have done the trick. She has the convenience of the glucose monitor without constantly wondering if and when it will fall off. As others have noted, though, don't have it under water for prolonged periods of time. Stickers from the dollar tree have a better adhesive than these. It peeled off after one day. I tried a more affordable alternative than expression meds and where as I think they’re expensive at least they stay on.

We try out a lot of different options when it comes to cgm overlays with 2 type 1 diabetics in the house. These work fine for sports, water, and just day to day life. They're a great way to add some color and fun to a not fun situation and they work well.

They have a super large loud print all over them, which I find a bit overwhelming visually. They cover a lot of surface area though which is good. I did not get a chance to test how waterproof they are so defer to other reviewers on that.

I thought these did a great job at protecting the CGM monitor. It helped keep it away from water/moisture, and provides an easy peel when you're removing them. I got a pack of 25, and it's nice to have a few on-hand for when you might need them. I like that they offer a black option, so that you're not stuck to a weird design, or with something that stands out very much. Nothing particualrly facy about these, but they seem useful. If you're moving your arm around a lot, I'm not sure they're the best, especially for something like swimming. It would t wet during prolonged water exposure. However, they seem okay for just every day use during the day, to prevent snagging. ... show more

    • Doesn’t stick very well to skin but sticks to monitor

I got these for my mom who wears a monitor on her arm for her diabetes. First of all, the whole pad is sticky so it basically sticks to the monitor, and it almost pulled the monitor off my mom’s arm when she took it off. There should be a pad or something that covers the monitor so it doesn’t stick to it and pull it off. It doesn’t stick to the skin very well in general. And it’s definitely not waterproof. My mom said it immediately came off in the shower. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone. ... show more
