Unfortunately the smallest of the knives I received, the 5” Utility Knife, is about as sharp as a tennis ball....... very disappointed. The other two I received were sharp though !

I wasn't really ready to invest the money into the set of my dreams just yet. So until I'm ready I chose this knife set and aside from maybe a fillet knife there's really not too much else that you need.

Unfortunately, when it comes to knives, you get what you pay for. These are not super ergonomic and their performance is not that great. Although when you think about it, each knive comes out to just over $10, so they are definitely cheap. I would recommend checking out Cuttana brand knives also sold by Amazon. They aren't as expensive as Zwilling or Wüstoff but they perform almost as good and much better than this set.
