Do not and I mean do not waste your money on this product. It’s expensive and it came with no working parts and the chair is no refundable. It was a great disappointment because I was really looking forward to enjoy the benefits of getting around better without having to struggle to walk.

At first, his child looks good but the facts are it’s super heavy to get into a trunk of a car that’s why in the professional video tape they made. They stopped right as the lady was gonna put it into the car and then continued the video number one number two the two arms on the chair less than 15 uses later Aren’t stable and the foot rest is broken and get stuck under the wheel. I spent almost $2000 for this chair and I’m very upset but it is a super cool chair. ... show more

Product very sturdy, aand works extremely well once you figure out how it all works. Problem is; instructions are poorly translated, but once you work though them and use customer videos to undertstand them you'll have a great eletreic wheelchair for an affordable price.

I bought as a Christmas present for my disabled mother. It was very nice but did not function and was sent with an old dirty toolbag with black mold, disintegrated cardboard, spiderwebs and a manual that told me nothing. There was a random wire hanging from the back and I tried contacting them for over a week to troubleshoot. Ended up having to return but they wanted ME to pay shipping?! I am so disappointed but more importantly my poor mother desperately needed it. It's a real shame and I will never order a high price item thru Amazon because of this seller and their complete lack of customer service. Sad. ... show more
