After the lamp had died, I had attempted to contact lucky twice. Once via the product support link from Amazon's order page and another directly on their website. I never got a response to either request. Clearly the durability and quality is awful as I've had lamps that survived for years. You will need to use their bulbs to keep your eyes safe as there's no shroud but should be obvious from the picture. There is a timer can you can set but it doesn't work consistently. Near the end, before it broke, the only way for me to turn on the light as to hit power on then use the button to "dim" the light. Something that was never needed before. ... show more

Absolutely love it and was a little skeptic because I had never tried this brand before , but decided to give it a chance since it came with two in a pack and would save me money than buying two individual bulbs, it easy to set up by screwing it into the lamp I already have on my bearded dragon’s cage , and the durability and lifespan of the bulbs are great bought last year and just now had to replace the bulb a couple of days ago , and really like the red color that bulb gives out and is not too bright but bright enough to see a little bit in the room like a night light , would recommend these for anyone who needs a heat bulb for their reptile friends! ... show more

I bought this lamp in December, 2025. Now it doesn't work at all. At first I thought the light bulb burned out, then switched a new light bulb. It still out. Too short of life span. not worth the buying.
