***PLEASE READ*** This is my 2nd lamp from this company and both products were defective. At first, I thought it was just a bad batch with the 1st lamp and I tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt.. Sadly, both of the lamps stopped working with in a couple months conveniently after the return window time frame for Amazon returns... To add further insult to injury, I had to replace several light bulbs multiple times because they burned out too quickly... The light bulbs were the correct wattage for their lamps. I am now out a 2nd lamp because both of them gave out... Check out the pictures of the light bulbs after I removed it from the lamp. The light bulb is also their product and a waste of money. The 3rd picture is the terranium with a new light bulb and the lamp is turned on but yet ANOTHER new light bulb the lamp is now not working... It is very frustrating Amazon allows companies to sell poor quality products and seem to be ok with customers lose out on their hard earned money... ... show more

Buy two (lol) the reliability is not good Use the timer. 2-4 hour timer during the day with cool down periods of one hour It will last longer that way than having them ALL DAY The size, brightness Adjustability and ease of use is good, the heat output is okay

Bought it 2 months ago or so and it already doesn't work anymore, it was having issues where it had to be smacked to turn on and now it doesn't turn on even after changing the bulb. Poor lifespan, good heat.
